1.問題
vCenterを再起動し、vSphereクライアントにログインして、プロンプトを表示します

VCSAを再起動します。vSphere-clientサービスはまだ開始されていないため、しばらく待つ必要があります。
これが長期間続く場合は、SSHを使用してVCSAにログインし、問題を表示して解決する必要があります。
